Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Europe)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays, import duties, or taxes that are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we are unable to guarantee address changes or replacements.
Made-to-Order / Pre-Order Items (Optional Section)
Some items may be made-to-order or produced specifically for each customer. These items may require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated production times will be listed on the product page when applicable.
